oh i almost forgot.

i went out with sharon on friday. which was the day after school officially ended(cept those who needed to go back for parents-teachers meeting).

we went all over the place. from jurong east to city hall to tiong bahru. from jurong entertainment centre to jurong library to penisula plaza to raffles city to tiong bahru plaza.

we went souvenir hunting for the present exchange to bring to japan. bought this super cute merlion on a brick support. very cute. & window shopping(raffles place rules for that.) & bought this adorable speaker which costs like 10 bucks. its the size of a quater or your palm. its quite good & its usb charged.

& in between doing all those stuff, we went to every bookstore to find "the whale rider" & "the glass menagerie" for our literature homework. these books must be invisible or never read before or sth. we couldnt find it anywhere.

MPH bookstore told us they had "the whale rider" THREE YEARS ago & NEVER ever had the "glass menagerie". popular told us they only have ONE copy of "the glass menagerie" in only one outlet & they arent sure if it had been sold.

great, this SO encourages us to do our lit homework.

oh oh & & & we saw mr lee jian wei(aka mr leo lee) at raffles city, more specifically at a waxing salon. haha, comentless.

book reviews are just great. not as in sarcasm. but they were meant to be great. but when they limit our 4 book reviews to just THREE authors, it can KILL(MURDER, MO SHA, BANG, ZIP, NONE, NO MORE)

yeah so i was reading one of the title provided called "seize the night" by dean koontz. who by the way i thought was a female which isnt true of course. the book's alright. & there was this line that read:

"human beings can always be relied upon to assert, with vigor, their God-given right to be stupid"

& of course, i couldnt help but agree so much with this dude.

& we went to borrow the school blazer for the trip to japan(exchange program). did i mention its completely rectangular?

sry, picture quality sucks. phone camera. my camera's with my dad for now. & the badge looks ugly when its so big.

see, it looks cuter. oh we had to buy 5 school badges to exchange with the students in japan. so each of us buys 5, around 20 of us in all, that makes 100 badges in total. cool.

cant wait for the japan trip. we have two sessions of basic japanese language classes coming up so we wouldn have to draw out what we're trying to say.

its cause i thought i lost my camera. so i spent every morning tearing my room apart just to search for it. (i hate things that dont ring when you search for them.) & i was freaking scared to ask my family dudes if they've seen it, saliva spree will follow i warn you. so i lived in continual lack of self confidence cause i thought i lost something SO important to me.(mainly cause it costs $$$ & it was a gift)


& then i found out my brother took it to school & didnt tell me & forgot to return it. SHESH.


school life is so boring these days that my mum allows me to stay home & 'rest' when we dont have anything on. but tmrw's a special day, so tmrw here i come.

hearing voices in my head.

well not exactly. but there's this woman talking real loudly about stories of God or something. i cant make out the words but she sounds like she's reading to her kids since she exaggerates every single sentence.

i think i feel dumb now. cuase at first i honestly thought i was hearing voices. so i covered one ear. then the other. then her voice was muffled. so, just to make sure, i pressed my ears till i couldnt hear her voice anymore.

so what do you know. im not hearing voices in my head. =)

she's quite inspiring though. even though i cant hear exactly what she's saying. but i can tell she puts in effort for someone else, & thats all i need to hear.

okay screw my results. i really dont understand how a math teacher can miscount my marks and ended up giving me 10 more marks. got me so high then so demoralised.

& who knew that 10 marks caused me 2 grades. from A1 to a B3. geez.

& so much for A1 for english. screw summary writing lurh. 11 over 20. oh such fantastic marks. i could plan out my whole murder already. i did well for comprehension. & the stupid summary is soooo URGH.

chinese was quite surprising. at least now my tuition teacher can have a break from all her nagging.

science was the bomb man. but the paper was easy. so i didnt feel much accomplishment. but who cares man?! 81 over 100, omg, its like primary school where no matter what you do, you'll always get good marks.

i feel smart now.

then this woman, SAMtan, taught us how to play a new game.

so exciting. haha, no this isnt the game. anyways.

its called 'DO-RE-MON', you know the cartoon doremon. lol
its sort of like scissors, paper, stone. first, you tell the other person to put scissors, paper or stone. but you must sound convincing.

so in this case, sam asked chits to put paper out.
obviously sam should put scissors but chits might not put out paper. soooo...
you try to convince the other person to put out paper.
this is however a strategy carefully planned out by sam herself to buy more time to contemplate if she should put out scissors, paper or stone in oder to win.

so once you've thought about it enough, you go "DO!"

"RE!"

"MON!"

& then sees who wins. it works both ways where sam can tell chits to put something in one round & chits can tell sam in the next round.

quite fun when you have nothing else to do.

cause this is what we do all day before we get out results.

but we went to this fashion later on to try on random clothes & got real hyper to forget about little miss URGH.
